Work with me
Four steps, in order. Most owners start with the map. Nobody has to buy the whole ladder.
Step 0
A 60-minute live session called "AI That Actually Does Work in Your Business". I build one real automation in front of the room using a volunteer's actual problem. No slides beyond a title. It exists so owners can see what "working" looks like before anyone pays for anything.
Step 1
Half a day on site. I sit with each role and map how work actually flows through the business: what arrives, who touches it, where it waits, where it gets retyped. This is the Understudy method, applied by hand.
Then I build one of the recommended automations as a working prototype, on your data, before the two weeks are up. The prototype is the point. It makes the next step obvious, or it shows you to stop here.
Step 2
One automation or system, built, installed, documented, and handed to your staff. Scope and price are fixed before we start, and both come from the map. Typical sprints:
Step 3
Software that touches phone lines, inboxes, and accounting needs someone watching it. I keep what was built running, add small improvements each month, and give you one person to call when something looks off.
Up to eight hours a month. I answer within one business day. Month to month, cancel any time.
If that's you, there are good people for those jobs. I build the thing and install it.
I'll tell you honestly whether AI helps with it. If it does, you'll leave knowing what the first step costs and how long it takes.
